Welcome to my Blog!
I wanted to provide you an update on what I have been up to in my life. Some of you have known that I have been on a quest to find deeper meaning and to uncover my life purpose. It’s been a long and interesting journey thus far, but I have uncovered the secret to living a more fulfilled and abundant life that is filled with purpose resulting with reduced stress and increase in overall wellness.
It has been risky to stay on this path (of faith), regardless of the initial impact I feel that my choices could manifest, by potentially altering a comfortable but already blessed lifestyle. My goal has been to stay “authentic,” during this process, and develop my innate gifts and talents for the purpose of being of greater service to others so that many can realize their own magnificence and find greater happiness in their life.
As a result, I have found my deepest passion in Life Coaching (www.matrixwellness.com)! In addition, I find it has been both synchronistic and serendipitous to the economic times we currently live in.
During my most recent experience, I have found that many are troubled by layoffs and career displacement making it more challenging to find suitable careers in an ever-growing competitive job market. Many are waiting for opportunities to come to fruition on a daily basis.
Despite the challenges I tend to focus my coaching sessions to see the other side of the coin and help people see the opportunities and potential for greater reward as many find answers and meaning during their transitional period. It helps people to find their motivations by identifying their innate gifts and talents while surveying new possibilities and choices they never thought they had (choice).
With that said, my coaching business is called Matrix Wellness www.matrixwellness.com
I am a Wellness Energy Coach because I take the deepest approach in my coaching style to help people peel back their own onion and see the best possibilities for achieving the best in life! I believe we are ALL here for a reason and purpose. However, most of us “choose” to stay unconscious of their potential resulting in dis-engagement and choosing struggle as a way of life.
However, what I have discovered is to find true success in all areas of my life wheel (i.e. – career, relationships, health, finance, along with 10 other main drivers of success), that living out my true potential is about living full out while investing my gifts in a responsible way to help others succeed in theirs. Awareness of our own magnificence is the key to joy and fulfillment while remembering that each of us has a birthright to live a life of abundance and fulfillment.
Main stream is slowing catching on to this idea, as some producers create successful syndicates such as Heroes, The Mentalist, and Medium validating my beliefs that there is a great attraction for many of us to watch unique people on TV uncover their special gifts and talents and use them for a higher good and bring deeper meaning to their life! Movies theaters are cashing in with big block buster hits like Spiderman, Superman, Wolverine, X-men, etc., with the premise identical with people who become aware of their special powers for a greater good. However purpose, reason, abundance and success are not reserved to just Movie Stars, Super Heroes, Professional Athletes or the wealthy. We all have special gifts and it is our birthright to develop them and find our own abundance (however we define it)! We can choose to define our own magnificence or choose mediocrity…but it IS our choice!
One of my core coaching services involves an assessment called Energy Leadership. My mentor, Bruce D. Schneider, PHD is the founder of IPEC Coaching, and has developed the Energy Leadership programs that I have adopted for all new client relationships. Bruce has done extensive research on how humans (at the deepest level) are made up of energy. The idea is that our energy changes daily based on our core thoughts, which trigger emotions resulting in action (or in this case a release of hormones – catabolic or anabolic)
With Matrix Coaching, it is about “raising awareness so that everyone can remove the obstacles or core thoughts that cause catabolic emotions. In addition, our current energy make-up can help to uncover some of our personal ruts and life conundrums:
• Why some of us attract the same type of mate in our life?
• Why we never seem to catch the right breaks?
• Why do some family/friends know how to push my hot buttons all the time?
• Why can’t I ever seem to make enough money?
• Why aren’t I further ahead in life right now?
Part of my initial discovery with my clients is to take them through their own Energy Assessment. The purpose of the assessment is to determine how their energy level shows up in their home and at work so that we can quickly pinpoint where to start in the coaching process.
